The job

Makeup water, treatment chemicals, blowdown, basin cleaning and the paperwork behind all of it. A dry cooler runs on air.
Process fluid comes back scorched.
Out of spec fluid means out of spec parts, and the scrap is yours. Hold the loop temperature and the parts hold tolerance.
